Product introduce
Full-automatic beeswax nest base minicomputer. Roller size: width 350mm x diameter 205mm. The capacity is about 15 kg/h.

The roller of 5.3mm hexagonal housing is made of metal special alloy (a roller can only produce one nest hole size, but the factory can design according to the desired nest hole size)

Main wax melting tank with 100 lighting capacity - electric heater with transmission mechanism to transmission tank.

Transfer tank - liquid wax is transferred from the transfer tank of an external water cooler with a capacity of 10lt to the roller to cool the roller, The temperature of water and wax without external circulating water is continuously controlled by the thermometer at the best room temperature between 20-35 ºC. The control panel manages the machine through the touch control panel screen. This screen allows you to adjust the temperature and cutting speed of the rotating machine. The speed of the knife roller and the cutting machine can be adjusted by the control panel. The wax and water temperature can be controlled by the electronic panel, To cut the length of the plate to the size, adjust the size of the disc cutter to adjust the size of the base plate as required, and adjust the length through the digital counter sensor on the control panel.

The power supply is 220V AC single-phase and works with all components at the same time. The lifting platform and foundation are stacked on the mechanical lifting platform.
