3. Welding principle
Ultrasonic metal welding machine is used in the battery industry with 20-4khz. Its principle is to use the energy generated by ultrasonic high-frequency mechanical vibration to weld the same or different kinds of non-ferrous metal materials. In the welding process, it neither transfers current to the work nor inputs high-temperature energy to the work. It only vibrates on the surface of the workpiece with 20-40khz high frequency, and applies heat to the workpiece Add the corresponding pressure to form a solid bonding in the workshop, so as to achieve the effect of welding. In particular, our company's latest independent research and development of high frequency (20kHz) ultrasonic metal welding machine, welding efficiency has reached the domestic advanced level.
4. Machine structure
4.1 overall structure description
a. 20khz ultrasonic spot welding machine is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer system, upper and lower ultrasonic poles, pneumatic parts, etc;
b. The circuit mode is full bridge power acoustic pole type with stable performance and strong output;
c. The upper and lower electrodes are made of new imported SKD11 material with good wear resistance;
4.2 equipment cost
a. The ultrasonic upper pole pattern is guaranteed for four times, and the lower pole pattern is not guaranteed;

4.3 main advantages of the equipment

c. Generator: the circuit adopts the international advanced full bridge voltage stabilizing circuit and is optimized to achieve constant voltage output. The working range of voltage fluctuation: 170-260v fluctuation period does not affect the output power and working frequency; it has reached the international technical level of similar products.
d. Welding effect: firm welding, low internal resistance, no false welding, no vibration powder, and more than 80% of residual welding surface between metal and metal. After welding, the surface is smooth, no fold, no convex burr on the back, the solder joint is full, clear, firm and reliable, and the position of the solder joint is not broken.
4.4 safety precautions
The equipment meets the factory standard. When the welding of the equipment is unstable, it is strictly forbidden to continue to use it; the upper and lower parts are vulnerable parts, please check the pattern wear regularly, and replace them in time if the wear is serious.
4.5 accurate power compensation
20khz high-power ultrasonic welding machine adopts advanced microprocessor control technology, with 5000W DC regulated power supply box, constantly monitoring the grid voltage, and constantly adjusting and compensating the output current. In this way, the rated voltage changes by + 10%, while the output current remains within + 1%.
