It is mainly used in automatic production of battery modules, power batteries, energy storage batteries, power tool batteries and other application batteries.

[Equipment Operation]

Only three operators are needed for the battery pack from the battery pack to the completion of welding. Due to the process difference of the rear section assembly, some posts cannot be operated by machines, and the number of operators is different.

1. Optional power distribution core scanning function, binding the cell data into the bracket or combined battery, which can be traced to the battery data, and can also be used as the cell OCV comparison to select the defective products.

2. It adopts 4-axis Yamaha robot to enter the bracket automatically, with stable and reliable performance.

3. The positive and negative polarity identification of the electric core of Hikvision series CCD is adopted to ensure that there is no polarity error when the electric core enters the bracket.

(2) Automatic facing pad part: automatic code scanning → automatic sorting part (10 gears are OK, one gear is NG gear, 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 can be set as the same gear, increase the storage quantity of battery core, each slot is 100pcs, two slots are in the same gear, then 200pcs, three slots are in the same gear, then 300pcs)
