1. Basic composition of equipment
The equipment is mainly composed of computer, communication interface and battery detection cabinet. The battery detection cabinet is composed of a fixture and a board for placing the fixture, a constant current and constant voltage source, a storage control circuit, a sampling circuit, a single-chip microcomputer and a control panel.

 
1. Main performance of the equipment
1. Each device can carry out constant current and constant voltage charging and constant current discharge test for 192 batteries that meet the voltage range.
2. The patented constant current constant voltage power supply has no impact when switching from constant current to constant voltage, which is especially suitable for lithium ion battery charging requirements.
3. The AVR single chip computer is used as the control center of the equipment, and the peripheral sampling circuit is used to control the work. When the computer is connected to work, the complete charge discharge curve of all channels can be saved, and the control panel can be operated to complete constant current and constant voltage charging, constant current discharge test and time sorting.
4. Each battery has its own constant current and voltage source, and its own circuit does not affect each other.
5. Detect the voltage of each battery in real time. When charging, charge with constant current first. When the battery voltage reaches the set value, it will smoothly switch to constant voltage charging. When the set time or current termination conditions are met, the charging is finished. In constant current discharge, when the battery voltage is lower than the set value, the discharge will end and the corresponding battery indicator light will be on.
6. It has the function of power-off protection, and can continue to run after receiving the original work flow.
7. The power tube is 50N06, which is suitable for batteries with lower discharge voltage, such as lithium iron phosphate battery.
8. The upper computer can set 32 working step parameters and 256 cycles, and each upper computer can be connected with 1-10 sets of single-chip microcomputer system (less than 5 sets are recommended).
9. Supporting software functions.
1) The graphic operation interface is used to display the voltage, current, time, capacity and other data of each battery, and the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions are displayed in various colors;
2) Battery capacity indication of any section (up to 100 segments);
3) The data points can be recorded according to the change conditions of voltage, current and time to form a complete charging and discharging curve data, and the time interval of curve data points is less than 4 seconds
4) The battery sorting function is carried out under various conditions (capacity, time, open circuit voltage, discharge platform, etc.);
5) Calculate the data of charge ratio, voltage average, discharge efficiency, etc;
6) Operator setting and operation authority;
7) It can display charge discharge curve and cycle diagram;

3. Main configuration requirements of the system (provided by customers)
1. Minimum configuration of computer system: Celeron dual core CPU, 2G memory, 500GB hard disk space, EGA / VGA color display, one CD-ROM, one mouse, microsofttm Windows XP or above operating system, one available RS232 serial communication port. The number of computer systems shall be determined according to actual needs.
2. It is suggested that the user should equip each computer with UPS power supply to prevent the computer or data from being damaged in case of power failure.
3. When the equipment starts, the instantaneous current is large. When the user configures the incoming power switch for the equipment, it is necessary to consider that the action current of the power switch is not lower than the starting current of the equipment, so as to avoid the switch tripping phenomenon.
