The short circuit tester adopts PID automatic control to simulate the external short circuit of the battery, meeting the standards of UL1642,UN38.3,IEC62133,GB/T18287,GB/T 31241-2014, etc. The red copper contactor is used as the switch element and the thermal relay as the protection device. When the circuit breaker is closed, the circuit of the tested battery is short circuited, and the strong short-circuit current passes through the whole circuit. After data processing, the battery surface temperature, voltage and current signals detected by Hall element are sent to the computer side, and the software continuously records the battery voltage, current and surface temperature changes. The short circuit tester must conform to the resistance of the whole circuit (including circuit breaker, wire and connecting device) of 80 ± 20 m Ω, and each circuit can withstand the short circuit current with a peak value of 1000A/2000A.
Short circuit stop mode can be selected: 1. Short circuit time; 2. Battery surface temperature.

High temperature external short circuit
After the battery is fully charged according to the specified test method, it is placed in the environment of 55 ºC± 5 ºC. After the battery temperature reaches 55 ºC± 5 ºC, it is placed for another 30min. Then connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery with wires, and ensure that all external resistance is 80 m Ω± 20 m Ω. The surface temperature of the battery was monitored during the test.
Acceptance standard: the battery shall be free from fire and explosion, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 150 ºC

9.The explosion-proof glass window is pasted with explosion-proof film for double protection;
10.4 casters are installed at the bottom for convenient movement and fixation.
