Laboratory Battery Mechanical Impact Testing Machine
Introduction
HSKT series mechanical impact testing machine is mainly suitable for impact resistance testing in electronic products, aerospace, shipbuilding, military industry, auto parts, transportation and other fields. Can carry out half sine wave shock test.
Main features
1. The lifting mechanism is a precision screw, driven by a precision motor, and guided by two precision guide pillars to ensure smooth platform lifting and precision to ensure accurate impact data.
2. The impact base adopts the structural design of airbag + shock absorber, which will not affect the floor structure during impact.
3. The impact frame is designed without resonance, and the impact data is accurate.
4. Adopting pneumatic brake and strong friction brake mechanism, no secondary impact function;
5. Equipped with a pneumatic energy storage cylinder to ensure the stable pressure of the brake mechanism and the integrity of the test data.
6. Single-channel data measurement collection, acceleration data measurement, storage, report printing, data callback, database management and other functions are adopted.
