I. Product Overview:
The battery comprehensive short circuit test machine simulates forced internal short circuit testing of batteries under specific environmental temperature conditions. The test chamber is made of stainless steel, ensuring good temperature uniformity and equipped with an exhaust function (to discharge test exhaust gases after the test). The control system uses a PLC touch screen menu for operation, with data collection frequency up to 100 times per second. The PLC programming allows setting test pressure, pressure holding time, measured pressure, battery voltage, battery temperature, and voltage drop rate.
