Brief introduction
The HADV-1 rotary viscometer provides rapid, accurate and convenient measurement of fluid samples with medium to high viscosity. Powerful, optional small sample adapter, enhanced ultra-low viscosity adapter, more speed, the maximum measurement of 26 million mPa.S. It has many measuring parameters, rich display content, convenient operation, intuitive reading, high measurement accuracy, stable speed, strong anti-interference performance, display shear rate and viscosity curves, wide working voltage and other obvious advantages. It can replace similar imported instruments.

1. Accurate viscosity measurement: each range is automatically calibrated by computer, with high accuracy and small error;

The torque of the spring, the shape of the rotor, the size of the speed, and the range of viscosity measurement are the same as that of the imported viscometer, and the measured viscosity and other data are very comparable with the imported similar instruments.

Optional accessories:
1. R1 rotor
Measure samples with viscosity below the lower limit of rotor R2.
2. Enhanced ultra-low viscosity adapter (ULR/ULR PLUS)
ULR standard equipped with No. 0 rotor, sample cylinder, fixed ring, connecting frame, knob, etc. ULR PLUS adds a circulating thermostatic water jacket. Used to measure ultra-low viscosity. Different viscometer models measure different ranges.
3.Small sample adapter SSR/SSR PLUS
The SSR standard configuration has 21,27,28,294 rotors and sample cylinders, connecting frames, fixed rings, knobs, etc. The SSR PLUS adds a thermostatic circulating water jacket
4. Temperature probe (temperature sensor)
Temperature measurement range: 20,300ºC
Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.1ºC
5. Micro printer
Connect the viscometer directly to print various data displayed on the viscometer screen
6. Low temperature constant temperature tank DC0506W:

The square opening can be put into ordinary beakers of 400ml and 500ml
The thermostatic tank has the function of external circulation and can be connected to the thermostatic cup.
7. Temperature control device and heating furnace
Measure low viscosity of high-temperature molten samples such as polyethylene wax, which can be used for rotor 0.
Measurement of other high-temperature melting samples such as asphalt, hot melt adhesive, rosin, paraffin, etc., can be used 21,27,28,29 rotors.
