1. Application
Auto sound insulation cotton automatic cutting machine is suitable for rolling material automatic hot pressing, punching production, a series of sound insulation cotton and other non-metallic materials for continuous automatic punching operations. After the roll material is automatically fed and hot-pressed blanked, the formed material is manually removed from the discharge platform.

3. Operation procedure
Set the relevant parameters on the touch screen of the electric control cabinet, set the tool die on the punch and fix it, manually pull the material to the fixed air clamp under the feed and automatically transfer the blanking area. Press the start button, press the plate down, rise after stamping, feed again, blanking again, synchronous discharge part will be blanked products together with scraps output, manual pick up finished products. Press the start button again, the machine automatically feeds, automatically blanks, and so on.
