This series of cold and hot impact test chamber is mainly used to test the resistance of materials to extremely high or low temperature, which is similar to the situation of discontinuous high or low temperature. The cold and hot impact test can make all kinds of items complete the test in the shortest time. The change of thermal epicenter or physical damage is caused by the change of thermal expansion and contraction or other physical values. In order to ensure the cooling rate and the minimum temperature of the test chamber, a set of 2×6HP imported IFC French Taikang totally enclosed compressor composed of two-way cascade water-cooling refrigeration system is used in the test chamber. The cascade refrigeration system consists of a high-temperature refrigeration cycle and a low-temperature refrigeration cycle. Its connecting container is the evaporation condenser, which plays the role of energy transfer. The heat energy in the studio is transferred out through the two-stage refrigeration system to achieve the purpose of cooling. The design of refrigeration system applies energy regulation technology, an effective treatment method can not only ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration unit, but also effectively regulate the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system, so that the operation cost and failure rate of the refrigeration system can be reduced to a more economic state.
