III.Equipment Profile:
1. The maximum 10000M3At / h. In order to realize N-methyl pyrrolidenone (NMP) solvent recovery in cathode process exhaust, a new NMP recovery system is planned to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
2. The recovery system adopts the NMP recovery method of cooling circulating water and water absorption (spraying concentration + water washing gas), so as to maximize the requirements for the recovery of NMP gas discharged from the coating machine under the premise of economy and energy saving.

1. Introduction of the system principles
It is used for the recovery of N-methyl pyrrolidenone (NMP) organic solvent discharged by the coating machine in the production process of lithium ion battery, under the condition of low energy consumption, makes the waste gas discharge to the standard, and realizes environmental protection, energy saving and raw material recovery.The NMP exhaust gas of the system is discharged to the atmosphere after cooling circulating water cooling + exhaust water washing. After treatment, the exhaust gas emission concentration is <50mg / m³, which meets the environmental protection requirements (see No.11 Non-methane total hydrocarbon, Table 5 of Battery Industry.
2. Technical characteristics of the equipment
A.It can start the applicator control system with one key, and automatically control the whole NMP recovery system. The equipment is equipped with monitoring operating conditions and abnormal alarm devices such as: (fan overload, phase absence leakage protection and abnormal alarm, etc., simple operation, safe and reliable).
B.The system controls safety and protection to meet the continuity requirements of safety production.
C.The system is equipped with frequency converter and applicator exhaust fan to ensure stable coating production.
D.Unique equipment selection, equipment manufacturing, equipment installation methods and optimized process flow, to eliminate the general NMP recovery system often appear run, risk, drop, leakage and other phenomena.
E.After the installation of the whole system, the commissioning personnel shall strictly follow the regulating specifications of the equipment, and will not affect the use of the equipment due to the differences in the technical level of the operating staff.
V.Equipment process:
1. Adopt the front cooling circulating water cooling condensation recovery and rear exhaust gas demist treatment process, low energy consumption, high efficiency, low operation and maintenance costs, and meet the environmental protection emission standards.During the coating process, NMP is heated and evaporated into gas. After entering the recovery system, the recovery system uses a pipe wing cooler to cool the NMP waste gas. After cooling, the waste gas is condensed into liquid, and the NMP condenses into foggy droplets more quickly into liquid recovery.Finally, the exhaust gas is concentrated again by the washing and pre-cooling device and discharged through the defogging system into the atmosphere.
2. Equipment recovery process: containing NMP waste gas after waste heat recovery device into the NMP recovery system, in the recovery system for tertiary water-gas heat exchange from about 120ºC to about 30ºC, there is a lot of NMP precipitation, NMP gas concentration gradually reduced, exhaust gas after induced fan booster line, gas and liquid full contact on the packing surface, condensation into liquid, waste liquid fell into the recovery box after the waste liquid pipe automatic drainage into the storage tank.Now over 90% of the exhaust gas has been recovered; the exhaust gas enters the spray system through two spray circulation water adsorption, and the NMP content in the exhaust gas is less than the specified emission value. The set concentration of the spray system circulates the exhaust gas after many cycles.

1.
