Product description

This machine is a dry laminating machine developed with reference to the advantages of Fuji models in Japan. It is mainly applicable to the two-layer or multi-layer laminating products of rolled film materials such as BOPP, 0PET, nylon, CPP, CPE, aluminum foil, etc., forming a packaging material with high strength, high freshness and steaming resistance.

Performance and characteristics:

 

1. The whole machine adopts four motor frequency conversion control to improve the tension reliability of the whole machine

 

2. Four section closed-loop constant tension control for unwinding, gluing and coating, composite traction and winding

 

3. High precision anilox roll coating system, pneumatic scraper, uniform roll, glue circulation device. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roll. Different coating amount can be replaced by different mesh lines of the anilox roll

 

4. The heating methods of the oven are: electric heating, four section air top type constant temperature oven, stratified inlet and outlet air, negative pressure design, strong wind, thorough drying, secondary return air, which not only saves energy, but also reduces the content of residual solvent

 

4. The guide roller in the oven is active and passive, and the drive is synchronous pulley drive to reduce material stretching and deformation

 

5. EPC correction is adopted for the first unwinding; EPC oblique correction is also adopted after the film is out of the oven

 

6. High precision back pressure three roll composite device. The composite roll adopts sandwich heat transfer oil circulation intermediate electric heating tube heating type to make the composite more uniform and solid

 

8. Use the cooling roller to make the composite film more flat and smooth

 

9. The retraction and retraction shaft adopts the expansion type air expansion shaft, which is convenient for loading and unloading
