YLJ-HP300 is a CE certified 500ºC temperature controlled type hydraulic plate hot press, which is composed of 30T hydraulic press and two hot plates.Hot pressing plate by two digital display temperature controller to control the temperature, the highest temperature can reach 500ºC, the size of hot pressing plate is 30cm*30cm, the material is hard Cr12MoV alloy.The interior of the hot pressing plate is designed with water-cooled sandwich, which can ensure the rapid cooling of the plate;At the same time, a pressure gauge is provided for measuring the pressure of the hot pressing plate.This type of press is ideal for the preparation of polymer and ceramic samples.

Precautions for use -No overpressure and over-temperature use, the preset temperature is 500 degrees, the highest preset pressure can not be greater than 24Mpa.
-Please make sure to pass the water cooling before heating to prevent damage to the press, please check the water level of the water cooler before use.
- When the material size is too fine, the gap between the middle extruding bar of the mold and the material extruding wall is 0.005mm, some fine materials will fall into the gap, which will cause damage to the mold. Therefore, it is recommended to sieve the powder (200 mesh and 800 mesh sieve) before pressing the material to remove small and large particles (only take the powder between 200-800 mesh), due to the powder is too fine or the mold is not clean and caused by the damage of the mold, the company does not assume the corresponding responsibility.
-If the machine is not in use for a long time, please run the press to 2-3Mpa (at room temperature) and tighten the screws of the oil drain valve and oil filling valve.
