Product application | This product is mainly used for preparing film materials by sol-gel method and other liquid phase methods. The clean and dry substrate is immersed in the solution (sol), and the impregnated substrate is lifted vertically at a certain speed through the pre-set parameters. A film is attached to the substrate, called a "wet gel film", and with the volatilization of the solvent in the "wet gel film" film layer, the film layer solidifies on the substrate into a "dry gel film". After further drying and high temperature heat treatment, the "dry gel film" can obtain the required nano-film material. The thickness of the film is determined by the pulling speed, liquid concentration and liquid viscosity. |

Product characteristics | 1.
