The hydraulic balanced electric roller is used for high-precision rolling of battery electrode. The equipment has good horizontal and vertical uniformity in rolling and provides high-quality  rolling performance. The equipment is used for roller rolling with the pressure provided by the hydraulic system. It is suitable for occasions where the consistency of rolling force and rolling gap is required to be high.
The machine includes hydraulic system, AC variable frequency motor, reducer, gear box, precision coupling, screwdown device, roller system, machine body, protection plate, PLC touch screen, electrical control, etc.
