1. Equipment introduction:
This equipment is mainly used for the formation of polymer cells under high temperature and pressure. It mainly has heating and temperature control functions, pressure and pressure control functions, charging and discharging and data communication functions.
The whole machine consists of 1 set of energy feedback type, 5V20A-64 channel forming cabinet and 2 sets of fixtures. The fixtures are 16 layers of heating and pressing plates and 64

2. Equipment composition
This equipment consists of four parts: temperature control system, pressure control system, forming cabinet system and fixture mechanism.

4. Technical indicators
4.1 The main performance of the fixture mechanism
4.1.1 The main components of the heating plate: the bottom surface of the aluminum plate is laminated with a glass fiber heating plate, the top surface is laminated with a 1mm thick insulating plate, and the whole is covered with glossy business card paper.
4.1.2 Working mode: the cylinder is driven from top to bottom, the battery is placed in a fixed position between the two layers of heating plates, and the clamping force of the cell is realized through the shrinkage of the clamp, and at the same time, the positive and negative ears of the cell are in contact with the forming cabinet. point of reliable contact.
4.1.3 Pressure setting method: Enter the battery size and the required surface pressure for each section in the touch screen, and the system automatically calculates the required pressure and executes it.
4.1.4 Heating time: Take the room temperature as 25°C for example, ≈10 minutes to heat up to 60°C, and ≈15 minutes to heat up to 75°C.
4.1.5 The contacts used are four-wire gold-plated contacts, which have the advantages of accurate sampling, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of the contacts.
4.1.6 The gap between each layer of clamps is 20mm, and the distance between the pressing block and the contact is 6.3mm, which is convenient for loading and unloading the battery.
