1. Function (Principle) Introduction
This equipment is mainly used for the formation of polymer battery cells under high temperature and pressure conditions, which helps to form a denser SEI film, achieve more complete capacity activation, and improve capacity consistency. It supports high-current charging, shortening the formation time and reducing the battery production cycle.
The complete system consists of one 8-channel formation cabinet and one fixture. The fixture is arranged in parallel and includes 4 layers of heating and pressing plates, integrated with 8 channels of 5V6A. The fixture and the formation cabinet are combined as one unit, with a total of 8 usable channels.
2. Equipment Functions
The equipment is composed of: temperature control system, over/under temperature alarm system, over/under voltage alarm system, pressure control system, formation cabinet system, and fixture mechanism.
It supports independent temperature control per layer, pressure control, charging/discharging, overcharge/overdischarge protection, reliable tab-to-contact connection, data communication, data storage upon process completion, voltage grading after charging, capacity grading after discharging, and smoke alarm.

2. Operation Process:
Open cabinet door → Place battery → Close cabinet door → Set parameters → Fixture clamps → Start heating → Start formation → Formation completes → Fixture releases → Open cabinet door → Remove battery
