TMAXCN 200-Type Automatic Single Workstation Stacking Machine
The separator is unwound actively and fed through a tension mechanism into the stacking platform. The platform drives the separator to move back and forth to position electrode sheets. Two robotic arms with suction pads separately pick up positive and negative electrodes from two feed hoppers on the left side and stack them onto the platform after precise positioning. After stacking, tail wrapping is automatically performed (switchable to non-tail-wrap mode), by separator cutting. A robotic arm transfers the stacked cell to the taping station for automatic tape application. Meanwhile, the machine starts stacking the next cell automatically.
